We had the most amazing guide today, unfortunately Sintra was a big disappointment. The crowds were beyond our experience. Something is very wrong with the management of the site. I would never recommend it to anyone. DIEGO was the only thing that made the day good
We are sorry Sintra didn't meet your expectations, but it is a very popular destination and we always do our best to avoid the big crowds.
Diego was very nice and kind, which was important in our case. One of our party is disabled, and he was helpful and obliging. It was less of a *guided* tour, which suited us just fine :)
We were a group of 5 senior Canadians visiting Lisbon. We were looking for an overview of city highlights on our first day. We wanted a very comfortable vehicle and a knowledgeable guide with good English language. We got it all and more! Our guide Kevin was prompt to pick us up at our hotel. The car was roomy, immaculately clean and air conditioned. Bottled water was available. Kevin asked about our priorities for a four hour tour and off we went. Kevin was an excellent driver on the narrow crowded inner city streets. Kevin was knowledgeable about the sites and history of Lisbon. He patiently snd knowledgeably answered questions about life in Lisbon past and present. The pace of the tour was good. There were about 6 stops where we got out of the car to roam and take photos. He accompanied us where there was risk for pick pockets which is common in crowded tourist areas and he provided good advice to keep valuables safe. Kevin was professional and friendly. The sites were interesting and worthwhile. I highly recommend this company and would use this service again.
We had an excellent day with our guide Nuno who was not only informative and interesting but alert to our needs as we are an older couple and not able to do too much walking. He was courteous and attentive. I would recommend both him and the service that was without fault. Well done!
